NDT plays a major role in all life phases of the aircraft structure to ensure defined quality level in component production as well as structural integrity during service. In the aerospace industry, NDT can avoid potential hazardous situations including fatal accidents.

The goal to achieve economical aircraft operation for a new induction can also be met by means of adaptation of well developed NDT inspection procedures. Experience has shown that number of cracks and corrosion gets developed on the aircraft structure and engine parts are due to the fatigue and stress. Ampak-Systems provides NDT systems and solutions as well as train the maintenance staff to find the damage before it becomes a major problem to threaten the operational readiness.

NDT Training:

Keeping in view the aerospace industry requirements, we offer NDT training, qualification exams for personnel, development of techniques and procedures (testing and certification) in accordance with latest edition of National Aerospace Standard (NAS 410). We fully understand the requirements of NDT for aerospace industry and all our instructors are ASNT certified and have sound knowledge of aerospace industry needs.

For aerospace industry, having NDT-Level 3 is vital for safe flying. Our offering will train the NDT personnel adequately and extensively so that the organization will be well equipped to get the staff certified for Level 3.
